Project Description: CO2 emission by vehicles is the largest contributor to air pollution. My project “Vehicle Health Governor Report”, monitors the health of the vehicle on the basis of two things 1. Colour and volume of carbon emission and 2. Number plate that determines the model and age of the vehicle.
