Project Description: Why we need this project?
A smoke sensor is a device fitted to smoke alarms. A smoke alarm is designed to detect the presence of smoke in a home to alert the occupants that a fire has broken out. A smoke alarm contains not only a smoke sensor but also a loud audible alarm (85 decibels on average) to alert people in the home. Smoke alarms detect fires by sensing small particles in the air using a couple of different kinds of technologies. Once they detect those particles above a certain threshold, they signal the alarm to sound so that you and your family can get to safety. Smoke alarms save lives.
