Project Description: Reading Reckoner is a tool that aids Blind people to read all text like bus numbers, menu cards, currency numbers, etc. in front of them. It's camera-enabled & fitted on the blind man's glasses. It uses Optical Character Recognition Technique, where it translates all text to speech in the earphones.
