Project Description: A program that helps the hearing-impaired by distinguishing sounds and alerting the user to the type of sound source, including the sounds of cars, trucks, animals, ambulance or police horns, and the ability to translate speech into writing has been added to facilitate the process of communicating the hearing-impaired with the community, where the language of the speaker can be determined and the speaker's speech translated into writing to enable the hearing-impaired, reading the speech and responding to it.
